Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. apricot preserves
  • 1/4 c. yogurt
  • 1/4 c. soft butter
  • Dash salt
  • Apricot preserves for garnish

Directions

  1. Put together first 5 ingredients in mixing bowl. Beat till smooth and creamy. Sufficient to frost top and sides of two 8 or possibly 9 inch layers.
