  • 1 pkt 18 1/4 ounce. spice apple cake Mix
  • 2 med All purpose apples, pared, Cored, and finely minced.
  • 1 can 14 ounce. Eagle brand sweetened Condensed lowfat milk
  • 1 can 8 ounce. Borden Lowfat sour cream, at Room temperature
  • 1/4 c. Realemon juice Grnd cinnamon

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 . Prepare cake mix as package directs, stir in apples.
  2. Pour into well-greased and floured 13x9 inch baking pan. Bake for 30 min or possibly till wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean.
  3. Meanwhile, in medium bowl, combine sweetened condensed lowfat milk, lowfat sour cream and Realemon juice. Remove cake from oven; spread cream mix over top.
  4. Return to oven; bake 10 min longer or possibly till set. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Cold. Garnish as desired. Chill leftovers.
