  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. baking pwdr
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 c. LAND O LAKES(r) Butter
  • 3/4 c. 2% lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. sliced almonds
  • 2 Tbsp. honey Preheat oven to 450 F.

Directions

  1. Combine flour, baking pwdr and salt in a medium bowl. Cut in butter till mix is crumbly.
  2. In another bowl, combine lowfat milk, almonds and honey. Add in to flour mix, stirring just till moistened.
  3. Knead dough briefly, 8 to 10 times, then shape into a ball. Roll out on a lightly floured surface to 3/4 inch thick. Using a biscuit cutter, cut into bunny shapes. Place about 1 inch apart on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake till golden brown, 10 to 12 min.
