Ingredients
- 1/2 c. slivered almonds
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 c. honey
- 3/4 c. strong cool coffee
- 1/3 c. oil
- 2 T grated orange peel
- 1 T grated lemon peel (or possibly lemon juice)
- 3 large eggs
Directions
- Grease and flour tube pan or possibly Bundt cake pan. Sprinkle with almonds. Put together remaining ingredients. Pour in pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 55 to 70 min.
