Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Pillsbury or possibly Betty Crocker cake mix (Duncan Hines won't work)
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. veg. oil
- 4 large eggs
- 1 sm. pkg. instant pudding
Directions
- Mix well all together for a couple min. Bake in a greased and lightly floured jelly roll sized pan for 20 to 25 min. (Will stay moist for a long time.)This is good with dark chocolate cake mix and chocolate pudding or possibly a yellow cake mix with French vanilla instant pudding. Great with "whipped cream" frosting.
