Ingredients

  • Make the rice:
  • 1 cup short grain white rice
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 TBS rice vinegar
  • 1/8 cup soy sauce
  • 1/8 cup fish sauce
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 6 oz your choice of filling (I used buffalo style chicken tenders for Ted)
  • 8 Soy Wrappers (or nori sheets –recommended)
