Love to cook and bake. Is a stress reliever to create or try something new. Have 2 children, a retired Human Resources Manager from Cargill Cocoa & Chocolate (of course!), love to exercise, am a volunteer for animal rescue group. Grow my own vegetables. Enjoy travelling (Central and South America plus parts of Europe) and enjoy a good book when I have time. Value good friends!

- April 17, 2010Hi John, I'm thrilled to sayyour African Chicken Soup recipe was very close to the local cafe's creation! I added a tad of mumbasa spice to kick in a different flavor and a bit more heat. Delish! Thank you so much for sharing. I'm mustering the courage to try a mole' recipe.
