I have had a passion for cooking and baking since I was a young girl learning family recipes from my mother and grandmother. My passion is Italian food from my mother's side of the family.
My father's heritage is Irish/German and there are dishes I make that were handed down by his mother.
But I love to cook any ethic food and I just have a natural talent for cooking and baking.
I have a small catering business which I run from out of my home. The name plainly says it "Almost Home Catering". I use all fresh ingredients to prepare all of my dishes. I never had a customer that was unhappy with what they were served. Being Italian I always make too much food too!
Best seafood by far in NJ. The restaurant is always full of patrons that wait up to two hours to be seated. They make their own rolls and muffins served hot at your table when you are seated. Patron for over 40 years.
