Ingredients
- 1 lg. bunch broccoli or possibly head cauliflower or possibly 2 (10 ounce.) Packages frzn,
- cooked & liquid removed
- 1 can cream of celery, chicken or possibly mushroom soup
- 1/3 to 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. sharp cheddar, shredded
- 1/4 c. buttered bread crumbs
Directions
- Place broccoli or possibly cauliflower in shallow baking dish (10 x 6 x 2 inches). Blend soup, lowfat milk and cheese; pour over vegetables. Top with crumbs. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 min or possibly till bubbling.
