Ingredients
- 2 boneless turkey breasts
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. finely grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 c. butter
Directions
- Cut turkey into 2 inch cubes. In a bowl, mix cheeses, crumbs and seasonings. Heat butter. Dip turkey pcs in butter, then roll in dry crumb mix to coat completely.
