Exceptionally easy and quick way to make a wonderful, tasty soup that everybody will love. If you enjoy fish soup, this one is for you but without fuss and long preparation. Also, salmon can be used instead of tuna.

Directions

Sauté onion and carrot in olive oil for 4 minutes or until soft.

Sauté onion and carrot in olive oil. Add carrot, potatoes and water, cook for 20 minutes.
3.
Add the tuna, stir. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
