  1. Saute/fry onions in butter. Add in salt, pepper and warm water. Cover and cook for 5 min. Add in vegetables and bean sprouts. Heat well. Combine and add in thickening. Stir lightly and cook for 1 minute. Serve over Chinese noodles or possibly cooked rice.
