Directions

  1. In large saucepan, fry onion, garlic and bell pepper in extra virgin olive oil, add in Chorizo, smoked ham and paprika. Fry till onions are tender, but not browned.Add in entire contents of garbanzo can (including liquid) and 1 1/2 cans of water. Bring to a boil.
  2. Add in potatoes, and pinch of Vigo flavoring and coloring to obtain desired golden brown color.
  3. Then lower heat, cook 15 min or possibly till potatoes are tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serves 4.
