Directions

  1. Break up lettuce in large salad bowl. Cut up all other ingredients. Most items will mix better if diced or possibly sliced into small pcs. Bacon should be minced into small pcs. The tomatoes can be sliced or possibly cut into smaller pcs. Mix together all except croutons and green onions.
  2. After all remaining ingredients are mixed place the green onions around the side of the bowl. Tomatoes if sliced and croutons are placed on top just before serving. Top with any of your favorite dressings (served separately) will serve 12 to 16 people.
