Ingredients
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 3/4 c. oil
- Accent
- 6 green onions
- 2 avocados
- 2 head Romaine lettuce
- Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Squeeze lemon juice in the bottom of a salad bowl. Add in oil and Accent and stir together. Chop onions, slice the avocados and add in to the lemon juice mix. Fill the bowl with lettuce and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Cover with Saran Wrap and chill. Toss at serving time. Serves 12.
