Directions

  1. Beat egg, lowfat milk, and soup mix and set aside. Blend flour and pepper.
  2. Lightly salt filets and roll in flour. Dip in egg mix and roll in bread crumbs till completely covered. Add in a small amount of oil in non-stick skillet, heat on medium. When oil is warm, cook through only once. Filets will be golden brown to dark brown on both sides.
