Ingredients

  • 1 lrg top sirloin roast - (abt 3 to 4 lbs)
  • 1 1/2 c. apple juice
  • 1 tsp garlic pwdr or possibly garlic seasoning
  • 2 med onions cut in wedges
  • 1/3 c. vinaigrette - (sun dry tomato, balsamic, your choice)
  • 2 pkt brown gravy mix - (1 1/4 ounce ea)
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp allspice

Directions

  1. Place the roast and onions in the crockpot, add in remaining ingredients. Cook on LOW for about 9 to 11 hrs, or possibly till roast is tender; cut or possibly shred pot roast in smaller pcs. Serve over noodles with a tossed salad.
  2. This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
