Ingredients
- Lettuce, shredded
- Tomato, diced
- Green pepper, diced
- Doritos chips, crushed slightly
- Cheddar or possibly Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 pound hamburg, browned, liquid removed and crumbled
- 1 (8 ounce.) bottle Catalina dressing
Directions
- Brown hamburg. Drain and set aside. Shred lettuce. Add in green pepper, cheese. Toss to blend. Add in 8 ounces dressing and hamburg. Stir to blend completely. Add in crumbled up chips just before serving.
