  • 10 ounce. lean grnd beef
  • 1 ounce. taco chips, crushed
  • 2 tbsp. salsa
  • 1 tbsp. canned minced green chilies
  • 1-2 drops warm red pepper sauce
  • 4 taco shells
  • 1 c. shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1 c. diced tomatoes
  • 4 ounce. cubed pared avocado

Directions

  1. Spray grill rack, place grill rack 5 inches from coals. In bowl, mix beef, taco chips, salsa, chilies, and pepper sauce. Shape into 4 equal patties. Grill 8 min, turning once for medium well or possibly till done to taste. Place burgers in taco shells, tip proportionately with lettuce, tomatoes and avocado.
