3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1/3 cup milk
2 egs
1 tsp spice plus cinnamon
Topping:
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup pecans
1/3 cup margarine melted
1/3 cup flour

Directions

Place 3-4 sweet potatoes in microwave 6 minutes 1 at a time
Mix potatoes, sugar, margarine, milk, eggs and cinnamon
place in casserole dish
mix toppings: brown sugar, pecans, margarine, and flour and sprinkle on top
bake 350 for 30 to 40 minutes
