Ingredients
- 2 x Chicken drumsticks Coriander leaves
- 1 Tbsp. Minced spring onion
- 1 Tbsp. Minced ginger
- 2 Tbsp. Chilli oil
- 2 Tbsp. Thick soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Sesame oil
- 1/2 Tbsp. Vinegar
- 1/2 Tbsp. Sugar
Directions
- * Steam chicken for 12 min.
- * Turn off heat and leave chicken in steamer for another 12 min.
- * Remove. Chop and arrange on plate.
- * Mix minced spring onion, minced ginger, oil, soy sauce and sugar well and pour over chicken.
