Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup grates parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup finely chopped sun dried tomatoes
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Directions
- Stir together flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, tomato, cheese and oregano. In a seperate bowl, whisk together milk, egg and oil. Add to flour mixture, stirring just unitl moistened. Spoon batter into a greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 375 for 25 to 30 minutes, or until done. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
