Ingredients
- 1/2 lb Cream cheese
- 1/2 lb Cottage cheese, liquid removed
- 1/2 c. Granulated sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Lowfat sour cream
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/4 c. Seedless, golden brown raisins
- 3 Tbsp. Melted butter
Directions
- Beat the cream cheese and cottage cheese together till smooth. Add in sugar, lowfat sour cream, and vanilla. Add in the raisins. Mix well.
- Drizzle the butter over the dough and then spread with the cheese mix.
- Proceed as directed in "Strudel Dough"
