Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb Cream cheese
  • 1/2 lb Cottage cheese, liquid removed
  • 1/2 c. Granulated sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 c. Seedless, golden brown raisins
  • 3 Tbsp. Melted butter

Directions

  1. Beat the cream cheese and cottage cheese together till smooth. Add in sugar, lowfat sour cream, and vanilla. Add in the raisins. Mix well.
  2. Drizzle the butter over the dough and then spread with the cheese mix.
  3. Proceed as directed in "Strudel Dough"
