Ingredients

1/4 c. cornstarch
1Â 1/2 c. sugar
1Â 1/2 c. water
1 x (3 ounce.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 quart fresh whole strawberries or possibly 1 pkg. frzn, undrained
1 x (9 inch) baked pie shell

Directions

Put water, sugar and cornstarch in saucepan and cook over very low heat, stirring, till clear (about 3 to 5 min). Remove from heat and fold in gelatin. Arrange strawberries in pie shell and pour sauce over. Refrigerate4 to 6 hrs or possibly overnight and serve with Cold Whip or possibly whipped cream.

Yummy,yummy,yummy!!!!! My family loved it and wants me to make more. This was wonderful with fresh strawberries from our garden.
