Ingredients
- 2 packages. Stella D'oro anginetti cookies
- 1 (16 ounce) crushed pineapple, liquid removed
- 1 (8 ounce) cream cheese
- 1 (8 ounce) cold whip
- 2 T powdered sugar
Directions
- Prepare cookies by slicing off tops. Put aside. Drain crushed pineapple, leaving a little juice. Mix cool whip and cream cheese together in a bowl for about 1 minuted at medium speed. Add in crushed pineapple and powdered sugar, blend for another minute. Spread filling in between layers of the cookies. Chill.
