Ingredients: 1/2 c. mayonnaise; 2 pkg. frzn, minced spinach, thawed and squeezed dry; 2 T green onions; 1/4 teaspoon oregano; 2 T parsley; 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream or possibly yogurt; 1/2 teaspoon dill weed; 1 T seasoning salt; Lemon juice; Salt and pepper to taste

2 pkg. frzn, minced spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
2 T green onions
1/4 teaspoon oregano
2 T parsley
1/2 c. lowfat sour cream or possibly yogurt
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
1 T seasoning salt
Lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients together after first mixing together the mayonnaise, yogurt or possibly lowfat sour cream, and frzn, minced spinach. Use as a spread.
