Directions

1.
Melt the butter in a pan, and sauté the onion and garlic gently for 2-3 minutes.
2.
Stir in vinegar, water, mustard, sugar, lemon, and cayenne. Bring to the boil, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
3.
Stir in the remaining ingredients, season to taste with pepper, and cook for a further 5 minutes.
4.
Remove the lemon before serving.

      We love hot as well and always look out for hot sauces or chili peppers and add them to many dishes.
