• 1 lb lean grnd beef
• 1 x egg
• 1/2 c. V-8 juice
• 3/4 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 4 x shakes Pick-a-Pepper sauce
• 1 Tbsp. parsley
• 1/4 c. onion, minced
• 1/4 c. bell pepper, minced
• 2/3 c. oatmeal
• 1/4 c. catsup
• 6 Tbsp. or possibly less brown sugar
• 1/4 tsp nutmeg
• 1 tsp dry mustard
