Ingredients

1 c. Pace Salsa
1 c. minced onions
1/2 c. jalapenos (or possibly to taste)

Directions

Coat ham in salsa, simmer in skillet with onions till salsa cooks into ham, and onions are golden. Drain jalapenos, then add in to ham. Stir together, then steam tortilla till soft, then add in fixings and enjoy!
