Ingredients
- 3 quart Popped Corn Unsalted
- 4 c. Crispy Rice Cereal Squares Bite-size
- 1 c. Salted Mixed Nuts
- 1/2 c. Margarine Melted
- 1/2 c. Brown Sugar
- 1 pkt Taco Seasoning Mix
Directions
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees. In a large bowl, mix popped corn, rice cereal and nuts. Pour butter or possibly margarine over mix; stir to coat.
- In a small bowl, stir brown sugar and taco seasoning till blended. Sprinkle over popped corn mix; toss to mix well. Spread proportionately in two jelly roll pans.
- Bake for 4 min; stir. Bake 3 to 5 min longer or possibly till brown sugar is melted and mix is heated through.
