Directions

  1. Take your meat tenderizing mallet and lb. to 1/2 inch thick. Cut steak into serving sizes. Combine flour and seasonings. Dip pounded steak in sourdough starter, then in flour mix. Fry in 1 inch of melted, warm shortening in a heavy skillet. 6-8 servings.
