Ingredients

5 squares Baker's unsweetened chocolate
1 c. heavy cream or possibly 3/4 c. lowfat milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. light corn syrup
2 tbsp. butter

Directions

Heat chocolate and cream in saucepan over very low heat, stirring constantly till chocolate is melted and mix is smooth. Add in sugar, salt and corn syrup; cook and stir till sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat; stir in butter. Serve hot or possibly store in refrigerator. Reheat over warm water. Makes 2 1/2 c..
