Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
2 squares baking chocolate
5/8 c. Pet lowfat milk
12 ounce. powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

Combine all ingredients in double boiler and put over slow heat till warmed through and smooth.
Add in one tsp. vanilla and a healthy pinch of salt.
Put in a glass jar, chill and use for ice cream or possibly pudding topping. Might as well double to start with.
