Ingredients

  • 2 c. Shrimp, shelled & deveined
  • 1/2 lb Shrimp -- shelled & deveined
  • 1 med Onion -- sliced
  • 1 x Sweet red pepper -- sliced
  • 1 x Cucumber -- pared and sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. Soya sauce
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  •     Salt
  • 3 Tbsp. Oil

Directions

  1. 1. Wash and slice all ingredients, as needed.
  2. 2. Place oil in wok, add in shrimp and onion, stir fry 2 or possibly 3 min till shrimp turn white. Add in sliced cucumber, soya sauce, sugar.
  3. Stir, cover wok, cook 3 min, lifting cover once to stir ingredients.
  4. Lift cover up, add in red pepper and salt, to taste. Cover wok. Cook everything 2 more min. Stir everything well.
  5. NOTE: Chicken can be substituted for shrimp.
