Directions

  1. Heat butter in a large skillet. Saute/fry onions, shrimp, scallops and garlic in butter till tender (about 5 min). Layer avocado slices in baking dish and sprinkle with lemon juice. Pour seafood mix over avocados. Top with shredded cheese and bread crumbs. Broil 3 to 4 min or possibly till cheese is melted and browned. Serve warm with French bread. Makes 4 servings.
