Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp peeled, deveined,
- Â Â with tails left on
- 1 can minced green chilies - (2 1/4 ounce) liquid removed
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 med tomato diced
- 1 med celery rib diced
- 1/2 tsp yellow mustard
- 1/3 c. orange juice
Directions
- Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, then sear the shrimp for 2 to 3 min, or possibly till pink. Stir in the remaining ingredients, reduce the heat to low, and simmer for 5 to 6 min, or possibly till heated through. Serve immediately.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
- Comments: Try serving this over cooked pasta or possibly rice. If you want, go ahead and substitute scallops or possibly imitation crabmeat for the shrimp.
