Ingredients
1 (250 g.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise
8 ounce. sm. cooked seafood (shrimp, crab, lobster or possibly combo)
1 c. seafood cocktail
2 c. shredded Mozzarella
1 diced green pepper
3 sliced green onions
1 diced tomato
Lettuce to line plate and cherry tomatoes for decoration
Directions
Put lettuce on plate. Cream together cream cheese, lowfat sour cream and mayonnaise. Spread over lettuce.
