Ingredients

  • 1 (250 g.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 8 ounce. sm. cooked seafood (shrimp, crab, lobster or possibly combo)
  • 1 c. seafood cocktail
  • 2 c. shredded Mozzarella
  • 1 diced green pepper
  • 3 sliced green onions
  • 1 diced tomato
  • Lettuce to line plate and cherry tomatoes for decoration

Directions

  1. Put lettuce on plate. Cream together cream cheese, lowfat sour cream and mayonnaise. Spread over lettuce.
