  1. Saute/fry garlic in butter. Add in sausage (take out of casing). Saute/fry till brown; add in zucchini, mushrooms, basil, oregano, parsley, chicken bouillon and wine. Cook covered for 1 hour. Serve over spaghetti or possibly rice.
