Directions

  1. (Substitutions: Onion and garlic pwdr for onions and garlic and 2 cans of small whole potatoes for fresh potatoes.)
  2. Cut sausages and potatoes into bite-sized pcs. Cut up pepper into 1/2 strips, chop onions and garlic. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place sausages in roasting pan and bake till slightly browned. Add in potatoes, onions and garlic and cover with foil for approximately 45 min, stirring occasionally. Add in peppers and continue baking covered till potatoes and peppers are soft. Remove cover and bake till top is browned. (Remember to stir occasionally.)
