Directions

  1. Brown grnd beef with onion, salt and pepper. Drain grnd beef. Combine with 1 can mushroom soup. Put this in the bottom of large casserole (grease or possibly spray with non stick cooking spray).
  2. Spread sauerkraut on top of meat mix. Then layer shredded potatoes on top of the sauerkraut.
  3. Bake for 45 min at 350 degrees. Add in grated cheese on top. Return to oven for 15 min just to heat cheese.
