- 1 can (14 Ounce) Diced Tomatoes With Juice
- 2 cans (10 Ounce) Rotel Lime & Cilantro Tomatoes & Chilies
- 1 whole Large Tomato
- 1/4 whole Onion
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 whole Jalapeno, halved and seeded
- 1/4 teaspoon Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 cup Cilantro
- 1/2 whole Lime Juice
Directions
- I have a 12 cup food processor and this fits just perfectly, so you may need to adjust depending on what size you have.
- Place ingredients in food processor and pulse until you get to the desired consistency, about 20 times.
