- Heat 1 tbsp. butter in skillet at 250 degrees. Cook salmon 10 min per inch of thickness. Turn twice, salt and pepper to taste. When salmon is done remove to warm platter. Put sourcream and dill in skillet and turn heat off. Lowfat sour cream should be hot after a few min. Pour over salmon and serve with new potatoes, green beans and fruit salad.
