Directions

  1. Line bottom of 8x8x2 inch dish with onion. Sprinkle fillets with salt and pepper. Place 1/4 of the salmon on each fillet. Roll up lengthwise, place in dish. Bake covered in 350 degree oven 25 min; remove.
  2. Stir together remaining ingredients, spoon over fillets. Bake uncovered 5 - 10 min or possibly till fish flakes easily. Garnish with watercress, lemon slices and cooked shrimp, if you like. Yields: 4.
