- 2 c. extra virgin olive oil
- Cooked chicken, cut into 1/2" strips
- 1 c. minced green onions
- 1/2 c. minced potato
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly grnd pepper
Directions
- Put chicken, green onions and potatoes in a large bowl. Combine other ingredients and shake well. Pour over salad, wait 15 min to serve.
