  1. Cook grnd beef and drain off grease. Add in minced onion and let cook till onion is tender. Add in Rotel tomatoes (break up tomatoes with your hand). Slice up Velveeta and add in to other ingredients. After cheese is melted, remove from heat and let stand till thickened. Then serve with plain Doritos or possibly Tostitos.
