  • 6 x bone-in pork chops, 1 1/2" thick
  •     Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp fresh or possibly dry rosemary crushed, divided
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 1 can apple fruit filling - (21 ounce)
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/3 c. crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 c. minced walnuts toasted

Directions

  1. Rub pork chops with oil, and sprinkle proportionately with 1/2 tsp. rosemary, salt, and pepper. Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350 to 400 degrees) 7 min on each side or possibly till done.
  2. Stir together fruit filling, lemon juice, and remaining 1/2 tsp. rosemary in a small saucepan; cook over medium heat till thoroughly heated. Spoon proportionately over pork chops; sprinkle with cheese and walnuts.
  3. This recipe yields 6 servings.
