Ingredients: 1 c. Lowfat milk; 7 1/2 sqr (1-ounce. ea) semisweet chocolate; 2 1/4 c. Sugar; 1/2 tsp Salt; 2 1/2 c. Half & half; 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla; 5 c. Heavy cream; 2 1/2 c. Miniature marshmallows; 1 3/4 c. Chocolate chips; 1 1/4 c. Pecans, minced (or possibly your favorite nut)

2Â 1/4 c. Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
2Â 1/2 c. Half & half
1Â 1/2 tsp Vanilla
5 c. Heavy cream
2Â 1/2 c. Miniature marshmallows
1Â 3/4 c. Chocolate chips
1Â 1/4 c. Pecans, minced (or possibly your favorite nut)

Directions

Combine lowfat milk and chocolate in saucepan. Cook over med. heat till chocolate is melted, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add in sugar and salt. Stir till dissolved. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and chill 30 mins. or possibly overnight. Freeze as directed by the ice cream maker.
