Ingredients
- 3 c. whipping cream
- 3/4 c. chocolate flavored syrup
- 1/2 c. sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 c. Kraft miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 c. coarsely minced walnuts
- 1/2 of 6 ounce. pkg. (1/2 c.) miniature semi-sweet chocolate pcs
Directions
- In medium mixing bowl combine whipping cream, chocolate syrup, sweetened condensed lowfat milk and vanilla; apply tight cover. Freeze for 2 1/2 hrs or possibly till partially frzn, stirring after the 1st hour.
- Beat the partially frzn mix with an electric mixer on high speed till soft peaks form. Mix in the miniature marshmallows, minced walnuts and miniature chocolate chips. Turn mix into a freezer container. Apply tight cover; freeze about 4 hrs or possibly till hard. Yields 1 1/2 qts.
