Ingredients
- 2 med red bell peppers roasted, peeled,

- 2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 Tbsp. chili paste
- 2 x garlic cloves smashed
- 1 x shallot finely chopped
- Â Â Salt to taste
- Â Â Freshly-grnd white pepper to taste
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
Directions
- In the c. of a blender, combine the peppers, vinegar, mustard, honey, chili paste, garlic, and shallots. Season with salt and pepper. Blend for 1 minute. With the blender running, slowly add in the oils and continue to blend for 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper.
